Cscope Windows 7
NEW: Now includes an extra long zoom extension and a lens locking ring which allows you to fix the lens at any zoom setting. USB Centering scope / Touchless Probe / Optical Edge Finder for use on manual or CNC milling machines. Can be used for accurate part location as well as precision measurement. Ideal for non-contact digitizing. Includes a zoom extension and lens locking ring for resolution down to 0.0001inch (0.0025mm).
Software: Windows CScope included. In the CScope Software press the calibrate button and set the X and Y offset to zero. Focus the CScope on a piece of rough metal and find a small round imperfection to center on. The smaller the better. This will become your 'reference dot'. Mar 27, 2016 - Next you need to set the path to the cscope executible inside vim: se csprg=C: tools bin csope. Then add the path (properly escaped) to your cscope database.
Works with included Windows software, Mach3 or Tormach 'PathPilot' (not included). Also compatible with all UVC compliant software. Comes in 2 Shaft Options: • 3/4 inch hardened steel shaft fits directly into 3/4 collet. This is ideal for larger milling machines.
• 10mm Stainless steel shaft. Ideal for when you prefer to use your own tool holder. This Item Qualifies for FREE shipping USA/Canada. Features: • Low ambient light sensitivity allows working in poorly lit areas. A large lens coupled with a low light sensor eliminates the need for illumination LEDs which cause glare. • Large working distance keeps the scope far away from the part being measured, greatly reducing the risk of crashes. • Calibration is done using the included CScope Software.
Third-party software can be calibrated using Calibration screws. This allows the scope to be calibrated concentric to the spindle for use as an optical edge-finder or Centering Scope. • The extremely solid aluminum body provides a rigid mount without flex for accurate repeatability. New Calibration Procedure! The new software version 1.4 introduced a cursor calibration routine to greatly simplify the calibration procedure. Not only is it easier, but it is also much more accurate! This is the new calibration procedure: • Install the CScope on the spindle with the USB cable facing away from you. (In the Y+ direction) • In the CScope Software press the calibrate button and set the X and Y offset to zero. • Focus the CScope on a piece of rough metal and find a small round imperfection to center on.
The smaller the better. This will become your 'reference dot'. • Center the machine on this dot.
• Press the Set button. • Rotate the CScope 180 Degrees in the spindle. The USB cable should now be pointing towards you. • Use the arrow keys to recenter the cursor on the reference dot. • Press the Center button.
Your scope is now calibrated. To verify that you are properly calibrated, move the machine to center the cursors on the reference dot. Now rotate the CScope in the spindle, the intersection of the cursors should rotate centered on your reference dot. Tip for CNC Users: With the CScope focused and Z axis calibrated, enter the tool height in your offset table.
This allows for fast and accurate focus using G0 Z0. Contoh proposal skripsi manajemen keuangan. (remember to set the tool number first!
For me when I try to add the -C switch (case insensitive) while adding the database I get a stat error, which reads E563: stat(/dbc/blr-dbc202/AJ/CSCOPE_DB/CSCOPE_KERNEL_MAIN/cscope.out) error: 2 however when I add it without the -C option, it gets added. Secondly, it gets autoloaded when I invoke it from within the same directory like so: /usr/bin/cscope -dl -f cscope.out. So if I try to add it with the -C switch again (from within VIM) it doesn't allow me.
